How far are you from the beach?
We are 300m from the sandy beach of Marina di Campo and the village centre around 400m. Both are easily reached on foot.

Is the beach easily accessible?
Yes, the road to the beach is flat with only a small road to cross. Some areas of the beach the water is particularly shallow and perfect for children.

Are beach parasols included in your prices?
No, they are not included. We do have a special price agreement with a local parasol and sun lounger rent in Marina di Campo and you will be accorded a discount. Access to all beaches on Elba is free. In Marina di Campo there are large areas of “free beach” where you can put up your own parasol and chairs and areas where it is possible to rent. Prices of rental vary from € 20,00 to € 40,00 per day according to the season.

Are there restaurants and bars nearby?
The nearest supermarket is at 400m and in the village centre you can find bars, restaurants boutiques, chemist shop etc.

Air conditioning, safety deposit box and pool usage, are they included or to be paid for separately?
No, these are not to be paid for separately. Please note the outdoor pool usually opens end of May.

Does the pool have a lifeguard present?
No there is no lifeguard present. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The max depth of the pool is 1,50 m.

Is there a fridge in hotel room?
All our rooms have a mini fridge available. This is not stocked with drinks or snacks but left empty so you can put items of your own choice into it.

Must bookings be made on a Saturday arrival and departure basis?
No, we accept bookings with arrivals and departure on any day of the week. By choosing a week day to travel you will benefit from cheaper ferry prices.

Is it necessary to book the ferry beforehand?
We advise to book well ahead if you are travelling with a car at the weekend in high season. We have a special discount coupon available with Blu Navy . Ask us for information.

I can’t book my ferry online, can you help?
Yes we can book for you and send you your ferry tickets via email. You will then need to print them or save the smart code on your phone and go directly to your ferry. If you are unable to print your tickets we can send them down to the ticket office in Piombino and you can pick them up there or you can show them at embarkation on your smartphone. This service has a small fee.

You will then pay for your tickets once you are in the hotel or residence.

Where does the ferry leave from? How long is the journey from Portoferraio?
Ferries leave only from Piombino, the journey lasts roughly one hour. From Portoferraio to Piombino the journey is roughly 25 mins by car (17km).

Are there flights to the Island of Elba?
There is a small airport in Marina di Campo where 2 flight companies operate.

Do all rooms have balcony or terrace ? Do you have a sea view?
No unfortunately we do not have a sea view! Many, but not all, of our rooms have an outside seating area or terrace. Please ask when you book.

Do you have a play area for children?
No we don’t have a play area but there is one very near us at roughly 200m before the beach. This is only open during summer season.

Do you have a garage or a deposit for holding bicycles?
No we do not have a garage but we do have a private car park. Every room has a car space available.
You are welcome to take your bicycle into your room with you. Please let us know when you book if you wish to bring bicycles with you.

Can you rent motorbikes or bicycles in Marina di Campo? Do you have bicycles?
Yes there are several rents near the hotel, they rent bicycles, motorbikes and cars.

Do you allow pets?
Yes, with a small supplement, € 5,00 per day in the hotel and € 15,00 final supplement in the Residence dei Fiori. You must ask at the time of booking if your pet is permitted . Pets cannot access pool areas.

Are meals served from the buffet in hotel?
Our breakfast is buffet and is open from 8am to 10am. Evening meal is served at your table and you will be asked to choose from a daily set menu with a choice of 3 first courses, 3 second courses, 2 side orders and fresh seasonal fruit or dessert. We serve fish specialties every day. We do not offer lunch service. Please advise us beforehand if you have any allergies or dietary requirements. This is very important for us.

Are drinks included in my meals?
No all drinks, excluding breakfast, are extra.

Do you have special prices for coach parties?
Yes we do, please contact us for personal quotes.

When should I book?
As soon as you have your exact dates. We start accepting bookings in January.
